Okay, how do you get CA's and the other things, are they just random loots off of certain NPC's/mobs or do they drop on certain mobs or NPC's?

I'm not sure what you mean by "the other things" but you may want to do a vendor search for attachments - they've been pretty plentiful lately (at least on Lowca anyway). I think most of the older shipwrights have them already, so with fewer buyers the price has come down quite a bit.

Otherwise, I really have no idea what drops SEA's in combat - I've looted all mine from vendors.
