Thread: Bugs & Issues
Granted, the expansions team has a lot less work to do. They make it as quick as they can and push it out the door.
The dev team however is stuck trying to fix all the bugs the expansions team didn't bother to check.
Let's just hope that until Nov 1st, the dev team gets some time dedicated to fixing stuff, instead of those expansion team people sticking their heads in saying "ooo...add this....i don't care what it breaks"
(in my best Ovaltine commercial voice)
I'm not disappointed at all - I'm excited!! Do you have any idea how long I've waited for them to add meatbags to the game!? This is going to rule!!
Seriously though, I don't have a problem with the new content vs existing bugs thing - but if they're going to add new content, it could at least be slightly compelling. A tense, forboding planet like Mustafar, the ghost of a legendary Jedi, and a figure from the ancient days of the Republic who has returned to oversee the destruction of...meatbags?
Meatbags. SOE has professional writers (I assume) and that's what they came up with - meatbags. Was it just me, or was the tone of that press release kind of ruined by inclusion of the word meatbags.
Sure, we have chunker punks and binayre hooligans in the game and that's all fine and good, but don't hypequests from a new expansionas being "exciting" and "for the galaxy's bravest adventurers" if the target is meatbags. It's retarded.
I think it's only a matter of time before TKA gets a revamp with a most exciting and fearsome new combat manuever: the donkey punch.

I think everyone knows about the L-337 and U8-3R parts.
Yeah, the word is used by one of the droids with a voiceover that uses the word to refer to anything organic.
Go figure.
