If you are a SW like me who has tons of space loot waiting to be RE'd you know how time consuming it is to find components by level. Since I am master merchant also, I have the luxury of storing my 1500+ looted space components in a storage vendor. I just recently found a way to quickly identify a part by both Cert Level and RE Level while searching my vendor for specific items. I now use a Pricing System that will provide this information at a quick glance.
Example:
Level8 Re-able part with RE Level of 8is pricedas 88888888
Level 8 NON- Re-ablepartis pricedas 80000000
Level 5 Re-able part with RE level of 5 is priced as 55555555
Level 5 NON-Re-able part is priced as 50000000
Level 9 Re-able part with RE Level of 9 is priced as 99999999
Level 9 Re-able part with RE level of3 is priced as 99993333
Level 9 NON-Re-able part is priced as 90000000
Level 10 Re-able part with RE level of 10 is priced as 10101010
Level 10 Re-able part with RE level of 5 is priced as 10105555
Level 10 NON-Re-able part is priced as 10000010
Level 1 Re-able part with RE level of 1 is priced as 11111111
Level 1 NON-Re-able part is priced as 10000000
Etc... Etc... You get the idea. If the Cert level and RE level don't match the Price will reflect the Cert Level in the first 4 digits of the price and the RE level in the last 4 digits of the price. It is then very simple to locate all your level 7 guns for example by sorting your vendor to Ship Weapons and then sort by PRICE. You can then quickly scroll down to all your level 7 weapons when you see the prices. 77777777 will be all your level 7 guns that can still be RE'd, 70000000 will be the guns you cannot RE and 77772222 would be a level 7 gun with a RE level of 2. ( if such a gun even exists)
I know this will not help everyone who does not also have vendor skills....but I believe a good number of SW also have merchant to some degree. I have found it extremely time savingallowing me to quickly pull out the right level parts I need for a RE job.

I used a similiar system for a while, but now I have moved all my "ready to be RE'd loot" into a large house. With a 400 item limit, a large house can hold the 72 sepearte backapcks, and 1 shipwright crafting station. I name each bag Capacitor 2, Capacitor 3, ect.. and line them along the walls of the main room. Its just alot easier when you come from flying to drop them into their bags, without having to mess with a vendor. I have then put my crafting resources and all my components that are already RE'd on a vendor like you do.

Well I actually use the backpack system also. My alt is the Master Pilot and she drops off all her daily loot into the backpacks, but then I come along behind her and put everything into the vendor using the pricing system. Backpacks used to be my primary storage systemuntil I collected too many parts to store in a house. Plus its easier for me to review the component stats in the vendor window and then just retrieve the parts I know I will be using for a specific RE job. I'm sure there are any number of systems of organization that will work. It's nice to hear how other people manage to keep things in order. I usually pick up a useful tidbit or two that way also.
