ok here's what I need:
a list of the exact type of resources and the amount of resources needed to go from novice to master shipwright
I wanna start setting up harvies so I can have the resources ready for my coming char unlock

As he said... check the FAQ.
But in a nutshell (not exact numbers here), you're going to need about 2.2m steel, 1.6m ore, and about 600k of each of aluminum, inert petrochem, iron, and fiberplast. Adds up to roughly 6mil resources. You can harvest it yourself in about 6 to 8 weeks if you're diligent. Faster with additional lots (from friends, guildmates, alts, etc). Or you can buy it.

I'd posted the consolidated one a few days ago, but I guess the title was not eye catching enough. Today's change should make it a bit easier to see.
