I didn't think it took this many resources to get master, andwhat is up with that Master Box requiring an additional 200k worth of exp, what a rip. I will say other than having to pull resources after 3crafts it was rather fun trying to gather all the resources in a few hours.

First off, I was saying my opinion on the fact that I didn't know it required 200k more vs the normal 620 apprentice, to me that was just SOE's way of saying there is to much resources in the economy, or trying to helppeople have a reason to waste moreresources.

Second off, I work at night, so yes I didn't have to go to work at 8-9am and wait till I get off work to go up the trees. The statement of you spoiled kids gets very old in a forum, so back off and stop being an ignorant person.

I for one, have always hated the need for App Xp to master a profession.

And look at it this way. You are 4-4-4-4 and can 7 point experiment the items. Why not just grind out the master box by making product and selling them at a bit of a reduced rate (compared to you what you could charge for a master version)? Or make the items for yourself and store them until you have sufficient pilot skills to use, trust me the Chassis' and components decay quick in JTL.

I see your point, but with as many resources as it requires just to fill the master box, it is cheaper and much easier to just get AP. If I had my choice, I'd choose AP, for the simple fact that those resources I'd waste, rather than acutally put them to use. I'd rather them go one route or the other, switch over all the professions to an additional XP, or stay with the AP, right now AP can be fairly hard to get, as a large amount of people just trade in all there exp for FS exp.

Waste? Why don't you just sell the chassis? Losing 3 experiments is barely noticeable on chassis.

Heck I have over 6 million in resouces on my Toon right now..

The grinds better now then when you hadto master the starfighter engineer witch was like a grand total of 12 or 15 million units worth of Resouces and 300 million Ship Crafting XP...

This way is better in the end... So dont complian... it could have been a lot worse and a basic and elite profession to master!

I figured the extra exp for master is probably because if you are working on master anything else you can train a potential novice out of the entire server population, whereas Shipwright only the people that have the expansion will need the training and shipwrights won't be very common eventually I think. Then again I dislike the AP system all together as someone who has sat out in front of the starport spamming for training many a night.
