We know that every one is very excited about getting into space, and no one wants to help you reach the depths ofthe galaxymore than we do. Please understand that for some of us we cant redeed a factory to get it to take our sub-component schematics. This means that in some cases we are making Close to 30 items for you at one time.
The process of making this many components is very time consuming. On average the Sub-components take about 45 sec to complete. Then you have the actual components which take about a min so it isnt unheard of for a ship to take upwards of 20-30 min to make in full. Some can make them faster and some will be slower, but we all want to help you get what you are looking for.
If you show your Shipwright a little understanding they will be more apt to help you then they would be if you were being rude. So show a little understanding and dont try to rush us and you and your shipwright will have a good repor and they will continue to supply you with all your in flight needs
thank you for your time

I cant stress being patient more, if you are the type to complain about long lines for buffs. Make an appointment with your local shipwrite and then leave. If you bug him it only slows him down.

Amen for that.. I finally got 20 equip factories placed today, and I can finally crank out those wonderfull subcomponents.. Patience is the key.. Many of my customers have been very understanding once Ive told them I had to make every item myself.. It can take up to 10 minutes to help 1 person.

I was the only shipwright in Theed tonight, and people naturally flocked to me, being a Master SW. I swear it was like a party in my house, and everyone wanted to place a custom order.
Fortunately I'm doing my best to keep my vendors stocked now, so they should be able to find what they need.

Yes - please please be patient.. I and my partner were on until 2am last night trying to get things done.. I no sooner logged into the game and the flood door opened and I hadn't even trained as a Novice at this point.. I'm almost nervous about logging on today for fear of getting sent the same about of tells... (over 30 in the first 2 minutes after logging on - X - the whole night = I lost track)

Props to you guys doing custom stuff. No way in hell I'll do a groud up custom till I can have a reasonable stock pile on my vendors. Its hard enough keeping up with chasis and after the 6mil + grind the resource coffers are a bit light. You have to fly the AFK tag till things settle down abit. I was in guildie tell hell last night. They all wanted resources for their grind. "Hey, do yuo have 300k of xxx I can buy?" Hehe...no end in sight for SWs. Good times.

Something else to keep in mind is that if you rush your Shipwright then you'll likely get an inferior product. Shipwright is a complex profession for those that actually do custom work(all I do is custom work) and in order to get the best components for you we need to take into consideration what style of fighting you do and what kind of equipment you need vs want and your ability to have it all on the ship you want/can have.
If I get rushed then I end up giving you typical experimentation on my products and that's not necessarily in your best interest.
