Will not show up into the output hopper, tried two different factories and both show the item in the amount stored bar(2/100) and no actual crate to grab. If anyone else has had this issue please post. Submitted bug report.

I also found this and filed a bug report. Others need to do this also!! Got to get this fixed.

I have tried this. The factory was put down after the JTL Launch. I can access the factory and place the schematic. The output hopper has invisible crates. This is only for Mark 2 armor enhancers. Needs to be fixed.

Try re-deeding your factory, and then putting it down again. Your factory should work fine.

I don't think it can be redeeded if it is showing 2/100 spaces used but nothing there to take out.

That's a very valid point. Try to re-deed it, and if it gives you an error, then put in a ticket.
