Thread: Character growth, Shipwright and Force Crafting XP

Hi,
For me, one thing that I really like about about MMORGs or RPGs in general is character growth. For this reason I seldom grind (the way to get there is the fun for me). So after I hit master DE (about 1/2 year into the game) I was at a loss. Actually, I was thinking about quitting the game, because where else should my char develop?
So I am one of the (maybe few) people around, who really were glad about the way, the Jedi revamp turned out. It gives me something to do with my excess crafting XP.
Now I picked up SW. I am disapointed, that I cannot convert SW crafting XP into force crafting XP, especially as I will eventually get a lot of excess XP due to handcrafting.
However, what I would not like to see, is SW to be a fast path to Jedi. What I would like to see is a conversion rate, that is neither cost (resouce to force XP) nor time efficient to grind Jedi. In this way, as a shipwright, people could get the force skills eventually, but Jedi wannabes would not abuse the SW profession.
