Any idiot shipwright charging more than 10cpu for even 1000stat resourcesbeing used in stuff is, pretty much an idiot. Hell, i'm grinding the master box with the recent 1000 stat fiberplast. Blame the devs for being stupid enough to put stats on resources, then blame the players for trying to use that as justification for jacking up ship prices.

Why do I say that? Well, even the devs know, that when you make something, there's no way to prove, or disprove, what stat resources were used in a product. Everytime I hear a any crafter say "I only use the best resources", I am very happy and very quick to call them a LIAR and then ask them to prove it. To make me a peice of anything, and show me where it says in the items description exactly what resources went into making this product.

Maybe the devs should remove stats from the game. It has no great effect on outcome of the product anyways. All it does it allow people to scam, commit fraud and generally rip off other playersby "claiming" to have used the best ingredients. Funny how SOE has rules against fraud, but then turns around and endorses fraud. Maybe someday someone with backbone will take over at SOE.

And as far as a "Crafter Alliance", regardless of professions, you might wanna try surviving on Corbantis before you are so quick to endorse that. The armorsmiths have one on the Corbantis server. You can't buy even a full suit of mabari armor for under 250k. Forget about composite armor unless you are one of those 550 billion credit exploiters, hehe. Funny how SOE bans people for trying to be able to afford anything in the game, but they won't ban all the crafters committing their exploits and their fraud. And they know who they are, if not, I'll be happy to remind them.

About your comment that you could harvest enough of your own resources to make 1 or 2 tier 4 ships nightly, do you have any idea how long it will take you to Master Shipwright then ?!?!?!?
