Well after convincing a CSR that I actually did own the disc, he went off and looked at the Logs.. and he found them, but there is a problem.

The guy who I bought the final two disks off (couldnt wait any longer) I put them together straight away in this guys house.

Well after I left, the guy who I bought them off, found 8 discs where I was standing.

I have sent the CSR another email explaining that is was NOT my house and I did not have any access to it.

Also send this guy an email explainging what the CSR told me, so hopefully this guy hasnt already sold them and give them back to me, with an explanation why he didnt tell me about them (he knew I had a problem).

So fingers crossed I am one step further getting my discs back.

/bow to the CSR who is helping me, he has done a lot of investigating to get me this far.
