my two cents.. im not an electrical engineer. of all the ingredients needed for a capacitor. conductive is the most important. now why did the devs allow the casing which is steel to be included in the conductive statistics for the energy of the capacitor? that is why our capacitors suck imo. i get great percentages with all the stuff i put into the cap up till i slide over the steel for the casinig then kiss the capacitor good bye. i make a few mark 1 caps tell the customers to buy them up and go loot one in space while using the crappy MASTER SHIPWRIGHT cap imediately cuz shipwrights suck at capacitors. out side of that i refuse to make capacitors.

Same on every server....resource stats need to effect engines and capacitors more.
I have no problem crafting better shields,reactors, or blasters though....Mark III reactors 14.1kenergy and around 8k mass...blasters at Mark III 1850 max dmg with around 20 energy per shot...not much loot can beat that.
