Regardless of the race you got 15 points on engines and weapon systems and 10 points on chassis/armor without tapes.

With tapes (capped) thats 17 points for engines and weapon systems and 12 points for chassis/armor. Race only matters for assembly.

The experimentation points on engines and weapon systems were increased ín beta from 10 to 15 because of the many experimentation lines.
