I never see dancers any more, musicians seem a little easier to find for me on Kette. Sucks that your server doesn't have an Entertainer channel, that would've been my first recommendation. Might want to try the entertainer or musician forums, compile of listing of active musicians on your server in your friends list. Might help you find one faster that way.

There are quite a few dancers, of course. But there are probably less than 10 total musicians on Wanderhome. This is awful.
I went into the Coronet cantina (usually the most popular city on Wanderhome) the other night at 8:30pm EST and there was not a single entertainer there, let alone a musician.
I love entertainers and I think they should play an important role in the game. But this has become a HUGE inconvenience.

Wanderhome is empty, and most of the old school players are gone anyways so I couldn't see staying there much longer. Everyone left RW, Vix doesn't even log in anymore and all the little kiddies flaming you in the Wanderhome forum out of jealousy just isnt fun. I got tired of playing alone and moved. So I vote you grab Luckystrike and come play on Eclipse! 
My girlfriend is a shipwright and I am a weaponsmith. We had a great deal of trouble finding buffs during off peak hours. Her combat toon is now a Carbineer/Commando/Musician. Problem solved...
