RE lvl1 and 2 if your just going for disks.

Get some mates to do a few low lvl loot runs for you out in Tat system.

I have made 15 KSE now from 3 schematics and currently 2 disks short of next schematic with 15 disks in stock.( Total disks so far 39)

I have hardly ever seen a disk from higher RE lvl kit. HAd 1 disk from a lvl 6 RE and 1 disk from a lvl9 RE the rest has been lvl 1 and 2.

Seeing as you've said you've REed 2000 items, I'm betting you just collect higher-level loot and piece them together haphazardly...snap judgment, I know - but I've seen too much of it to think the best of people.

Simply put, an L6+ RE doesn't equal 6+ L1/RE1 REs. It's one chance vs. six-plus. L1/RE1s are far more efficient and speedy - comb through your loot, find the good stuff, SELL it, and with the profit offer to buy L1/RE1 loot for 3-5k/apiece.

You'll soon have so many discs you'll wonder why you saved all the higher-level stuff and start mourning over all the good loot you probably blew through that people'd pay 500k+ for.

actually most of the Parts I REd for the disks were lvl 1-3. Higher level parts I take into consideration as to what goes into the RE

I've RE'd about 1500 level 1 & 2 parts and have never had a disk drop for me.
