One otherthing to keep in mind, if you mine most of your own stuff you might also want to avoid making missile packs and countermeasure packs. They do sell, but in my opinion they are a resource sink and cut into the supplies I'd rather reserve for ship parts. In the end it means less sales (overall), but if you break into the high-end ship parts market you'll be making pretty decent cash regardless.
