***HOWEVER*** Your refire rate will never be as good (i.e., 0.310 or less) as a decent RE'd Level 7 gun. You'll be lucky if you break 0.370 refire for a Level 6 gun. This is slightly offset by the higher shield and armor effectiveness of most Level 6 looted guns.
If it's a Scorcher, it's a Hoersch-Kessel, 
Effectiveness is good enough for me, thanks for the information. I SHOULD have at least one of those in stock, though I missed the stats on my last search, maybe I don't, heh.

Ok, I've got 2 of those Scorcher 3guns; 1 WITHOUT the stats, and 1 WITH the stats, so it definately looks connected, but to be in a range of possibility, like those reactors that have a chance to be extremely powerful.
