Well since JTL launch I have never not seen a SW resouce on my server. I also thought I remember reading something about them making sure we always have the resources to make ships available. If I am wrong then it israre that a SW resource is not on a server.

Actually, that is true. It is by design that when one SW specific spawn ends, another of the same type starts. Go to every planet, and open your survey tool, you will find it on a planet and only one. When it ends, check all the planets until you find where the new one is. If you use swgcraft, and its not listed, be nice to your fellow crafters and list it when you find it.

Not true, sorry.
There has not been a Gravatonic Fiberplast spawn on my server in many weeks.
Cant find any on any vendor anywhere, whatever is left has been horded.
