Thread: Level 2 Capacitor...better deal than higher levels?

Just RE'd a capacitor with 43 recharge and 929 energy, 1500 mass. If I'm the overcharge-using type, I cant imagine needing a higher level capacitor than this. Any thoughts?
Yeah I've noticed that a couple of level 2 caps float around having 1k or more energy. If my memory serves me correctly, they are the Miser caps? I can't remember. But the two I got were the same brand I noticed and I tried looking in that direction mostly since the other brands seem to hover around 800-900. I still haven't tried it out yet, but am anxious. The other one I put in the vendor.
By the way, I hope you don't mind me asking this off topic question, but what's the going rate for selling an RE'd part? As in, how do you base the price after REing a part and wanting to sell it if it's really good? Just curious.

I've noticed that Qualdex Miser Standard is usually a pretty good level 2 capacitor.

This is a more complicated question, and one that's been asked here many many times. My personal experience is that I don't sell RE parts, but from those who do you'll often hear that you should sell them based on how good they are, and how much you feel the part is worth your time. If you spent alot of time working on a RE project, then you're looking at an expensive part (most likely), perhaps even pricless. There are people out there who do recognize high quality parts out there so don't be afraid to charge whatever you think is a good price without selling yourself short.

My comments in green
Oh I see. Thanks. I figured there was a decent market for it, but from the sound of it it sounds like a rare thing to put on the vendor. I've been pricing my RE products at 1k per level and I've only been doing levels 1-3 parts at the moment. So, 1k-3k per part depending on the level. I figured I'd have the RE stuff as economy class parts for people who just don't have money to splurge with and can pick up a part for mere pennies. So that was my idea on it. But anyway thanks for the info and reminding me the full name of the level 2 capacitor. I knew it was Miser something. hehe
