No, not all POB items suck. Capacitors, shields, weapons, and I think reactors are decent. Here's my post on my server's trade forum with some stats. I haven't tried reactors yet because my Mk5's generate almost 20k anyways.

Elite Shield - Front/Back Experimented

Front: 3500

Back: 3500

Recharge: 15.16

Elite Shield - Recharge Experimented

Front: 3219

Back: 3143

Recharge: 19.58

Elite Capacitor - Heavy Battery

Energy: 1540.9

Recharge: 59.5

Null Bolt Blaster

Dmg: 2244.6 - 3846.5

vs. Armor: 0.532

vs. Shield: 0.532

Speed: 0.251

Elite Armor - Not much better than Mark V, not enough to warrant the huge price increase.

Armor: 2861.2

As is the Null Bolt... I've not seen a weapon which can outdamage it dps-wise yet.

All of those POB components should become better when the stats on asteroid resources are fixed too though, right?

RE'd lvl 10 weapons still beat the new elite gun

My lvl 10 is pushing out 4.5k max with .85 effective vs both shields and armor (cant recall refire rate but its not awful). I really expected a lot more on an elite weapon

I dunno...I would stack the Null Bolt against most even RE lvl 10 weapons. 0.251 speed is just killer.
