Thread: Raising prices, no choice!

Ok, fellow Bloodfin SW's... What are you charging for your mark5's? Wanna try and get an idea how to adjust my pricing...
Same for those on Bria...
I've been charging about 5-10 cpu with the low end of the scale for the lower items and the highest cpu for the lvl 9 items since everyone who can use them can easily afford the price. I sell out of the small runs I do within 2-3 days of stocking them.
My crated missiles also sell slowly. Not sure if it's a matter of people not knowing how to search a vender or if I chose a bad missile. Been making Proton III's which took out corvette systems last weekend in Kash space in 2-3 shots and come in 13 packs. What do you guys generally use?

I believe people don't realize that they have to search the crated items area for the missiles. As my crated missiles last days and singles sell by the end of the day.

I just had to bump my prices for the first time since JTL came out. 33% increase on all my components, which put me up to 10K/20/40/80/160 for Mk I-V. Looks like a lot of us are right around that range.
ugh man, i may have to follow suit, you raising prices might drive more to me--and i can't even (barely, if at all) handle the volume i have now.
I sell Mark 5s for anywhere between 75,000 and 105,000. Depending on how sought after the item is. (Mark5 engines are the 105s)
Naritus is generally lower prices than other servers, however.

Then if you raise prices, maybe I'll get more business, forcing me in turn to reraise my prices, driving more business to you, forcing you to...
This is going to be awesome.
heres what i do on kauri to keep sales in check and yet still do a lot os sales
parts
lvl 1 20k
lvl 2 40k
lvl 3 60k
lvl 4 100k
lvl 5 200k
chasis
lvl 1 2k
lvl 2 20k
lvl 3 40k
lvl 4 100k
lvl 5 500k
There are not many component-crafting SW around, so when I tried to get a feeling for quality and pricing, I stumbled across one that was charging 5/10/20/40/80. He was quickly selling out, and during those 30 minutes in his shop (
A few days later however, he raised to 8/16/32/64/128. As I was about to become a SW myself, I could guess it wasn't greed, but simply a way of not selling out within a few hours. Needless to say, he still does.
So maybe, I should start with his new prices from the very beginning, although based on the cpu, his old way wasn't that bad already.
well before i started really putting stuff up on my vendor i did a galaxy wide search for EVERYTHIN we make...
each comma separates the lvl most of these are a range near the median...there were sometimes a few outside these ranges

WHEW there ya go Bria prices like a week ago i believe
Missiles and such are priced differently.
If they want us to pay $15mil for a skill tape, then the cost is going to be returned to the customers who are jacking up the prices on the skill tapes.
