2 discs before patch, 3 discs after patch.

I used to get one disc about every 100 tries. But Ive done about 500 items since the patch, and not recieved one disc.

I wonder if they tweaked the drop rate and/or process for getting them.

I got 2 x 1/8 before the patch, and not one since. I must of RE'd at least 1000 components since 11.2 went live and have given up ever seeing any more of them.

yesterday I got a disk back to back but i got like 10 before the patch and ive re'ed about the same =/

I can't give you exact numbers, but provide anecdotal evidence that something happened.


Prior to the patch I had obtained five disks: 1, 3, 4, 5 (x2)


Post patch I reverse engineered AT LEAST two times, if not three times, as many parts (I know this from the crates of RE tools I went through) and I obtained one disk, another #5.


So I am convinced, based upon my own observations and the posts here, that something was changed.


What I still do not understand is why in the world they don't just tell us?


We're not stupid, it only took a few days to figure out something was different. Changing something on the sly (aka "stealth nerf") will ALWAYS be detected and only lends to further lesson their credibility with the player base.

i got around 6 or so from probably 500 re's.ive been noticing the longer i seem to re for the less disks i seem to find. then i could log and come back the next day and get 5 out of 200....then go another 400 with nothing. im clueless at this point...all i know is to keep buyin those components

Would someone who has gotton a firespray disk post patch pelase make a quick post to let me know. I haven't seen one since the patch and just want to know if it's bad luck or a bug.
