Ok, so /maskscent got "nerfed" and I do agree that it was necessary, just not to that extent that it was changed. What I want to know is how do all of you plan to get scouting XP now? I must say that harvesting gnorts and chubas for a pure grind of another 50 hours or so, just to get to Creature Handleris not very appealing to me...

Is there any way this can be reached faster? I'm currently grinding away on Naboo. Is there a better planet for doing this that any of you know of?

I just want my pets!

I am going to keep doing what I have been doing. Use Mask Scent to get close to prey, throw some traps, shoot until I kill it. Rinse and repeat. I am using all of my skills to advance. A bit more fun and entertaining that way. I also get to learn what all of those other skills do and their limitations.

May I ask where you're doing this? I just can't find any easy MOBs that are aggro to use mask scent

SW of Theed, Naboo. I know it's not the hardest place, but it will suffice for now. I don't like visiting the Cloning Station

diseased vrelt, crazed durni, and giant gubburs all fit that catagory on Corellia.

I've been a marksman but just got up to level IV Exploration two days ago. I did luck out when it came to the nerf but I never noticed my Scout skills falligg bheind. I've been killing nothing but creatures since day 1 and have harvested everything all the time. That alone is how I botained my experience and that's how I'm going ot continue. Yes, Maskscent still works and can give a nice little scouing exp boost, especially when a couple creatures come within range, but the skill was never my mian focus and I feel now it works more like it should.
