Getting close to Master Scout and was looking at addressing 2 aspects of my toon. One, what armor if any should I be aiming for. I presently take out white cons and was thinking some armour may help with trying yellows. Two, I presently use a CDEF rifle which I have tweeked to 28-58dam 3.5 delay. The new rifles I've been seeing average 120ish max damage with 6.9 delay lowest I've seen. Based on these two stats it doesn't seem worth it to buy any of these. Opinions would be much appreciated.
