Everytime I attempt to do a scouting mission as soon as I get near the waypoint, it says Mission Incompleted. Has anyone been able to successfully complete a recon mission? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Heard rumours on another board that there were scout-specific missions. Anybody confirm or deny or provide any more info. Sounds too good to be true.

I only know of recon missions that certain NPCs give. Thay usually tell you to go to a point about 4km or greater from the city and its usually out in the middle of no where, so you do have to walk a ways through hostile territory.

these are supposed to come out in the new update which i believe is going to test center this week. it will be several weeks before this goes live since they will attempt to fix any problems the new updates will cause before putting them on the live servers.

Actually, the Scout dev thinks that they'll have the update live on the regular servers as early as next week.

And once this update goes live, we can expect a fairly substantial amount of attention being paid to scouting.
