At what level of wilderness would I be able to use all available camp kits including the Ranger ones? I want the bigger camps but don't really have the skills points to train all the way up so would like to stop at the minimum skill level needed and then just buy the kits from other players.

Sorry for the bump but would like to know the answer if possible. Thanks in advance.

First, no need to bump. I try to answer all of the threads that are new that haven't been answered to my satisfaction yet every day. I'm just **edit** like that (and hate my current job, counting down the days to when the new, better one starts...T -14 days now).

As for your question- I believe that you can only use the level of camps that you are able to craft. Thus, a Novice Scout isn't going to be able to set up a High Tech Field Base kit and level in an hour.

An easy way to check this is to ask a Master Scout or Ranger to give you an improved camp kit or a high quality kit and try and use it. If it works, buy it. If not, then you didn't lose any dough.
