Since the patch does the improved camp kit repel aggro??

Bane,

They all do to a certain extent. I've not experimented with the Improved camp specifically, but camps in general seem to be doing a better job at repelling animals.

If the Improved camp isn't doing as well, I suggest not plopping down next to a red.
