Thread: regular people get small homes... we should get semi-permanant Camps
That way... if you were on a big trek, 7k m away from town, and you had to log out, you could throw down this camp and safely know that you could log out and back in without being agro-d during the Object Loading time.
it should be able to be used on the non-build planets, like endor.
And should be able to hold your whole hunting party, or anyone else that wanders by and needs a place to heal.
It would act as a base of opperations for deep wilderness hunting expeditions.
we arent truely scouts till we can completly loose all need for the towns.
Maybe this is something that the master scouts get... or maybe this is something Master Rangers should get.
maybe this has allready been thought of???

I cannot say how much I would like a nomad type home, (teepee is what I thinkof),available. I think the suggestion of requiring more and more resources to keep it up is a good one. But .... for planets that are complete no build zones the resources should not be available on planet, (this requires cooperation and recognizes that there is a reason the planet is a no build zone).
Also if you go this route there couldbe a looting factor, camps are not as secure as homes ... obviously this could not be up to PCs because of the griefing factor .. but it would make a great addition for PVE. A scouts combined camp/trapping skill would be used to decide whether the critters that tried to come get his food while he was gone got caught and turned into resources or got in and destroyed everything he owned.
