Thread: Problems with lairs
This is something I like about the AI - after a little while the lair looks like it catches fire and it will autodamage down until it reaches almost dead...where one shot will kill it.
Very realistic. I like that.

I do a lot of destroy missions and have been incapacited a few times because of a bug. Well at least I'm posting to know if I do things wrong or if it's indeed a bug.
I attack the lair, and hit peace when creatures start spawning. But when I do it, if they attack me I riposte, but not on the creature but on the lair again so it spawns more creatures and I end up with 3 on me. If I hit esc after 'peace' I still keep the lair on target, and if I try to target the mobs attacking me instead and use f9 I often end up with a random mob on target instead.
Is it normal? Any advice so it stops happening?
The other advice I would give is to be at a distance and hit peace immediately, and wait a few seconds to see if your smacking of the lair brought out a new mob or not. If not, do it again.
Also - I've found that after you've farmed the lair a few times, you won't get another spawn until the lair damaged below 50%. Then you'll get your last spawns. Some Fambaas pulled that crap on me last night.

Happened to me as well. I have also now noticed a burning on the lair itself. I got the lair to about 25% and was being attacked by the last few creatures when the lair exploded taking another 150-225 damage without me even shooting it.
This happen to anyone else?
