I set up a camp and shortly after my ISP dumped me out. When I logged back on the camp was still there, but I couldn't access the controls. Is there a keyboard command that will let you disband the camp?

No.

Sometimes this happens - its similiar to what happens when you get in a combat after setting up a camp. Your camp is autodisbanded, but it still stay up for a minute or two.

You just need to wait and it'll shut itself down.
