Thread: Survival Experience Shortcut?

I am wondering, in advance of my working on Survival seriously for the first time.. if going to very popular static camps such as the Tusken sites, and setting up large camps just outside so that people can heal up, rest, chat, and the like, would be a good, speedy way of gaining some of the higher end Survival experience?

I heard this mentioned in a thread or two a few days back when skimming about, and it sounded like rather solid advice to me.

Any thoughts? Thanks, all.

No,

That sounds like a pretty good idea, but the only problem that I've found with doing that is that nearly everyone seems like they have scouting (Everybody wants to be a bounty hunter or creature handler), and they are less willing to go into your camp - they wanttoget that precious survival XP on their own.My primary suggestion is teaming up with a friend who is an artisan andcamping while they sample.

I would be interested in seeing if your idea works. Let usknow!

Delta,

Teaming up with an while they sample is a GREAT way to get survial XP. That is what I have been doing to get that last box for master scout. One artisan sampling and resting in your campcuts in half the time it takes to reach the 800-820 xp max for a multi-person kit. I would assume that the more guys you can get to sample the better but, even with just one the improvement is excellent.

I triedsetting up camps outside the tusken zoo near wayfar like the previous poster suggested and that just didn't work at all. 5 minutes after i got there a ranger came up and deployed a freaking 5 star hotel of a camp kit and that was the last time anybody came to my lowly multiperson camp, heh.
