Is there a way to examine each creature as they're encountered to see things such as their resistance to various attacks, etc (like the information displayed on our own armor)?

Seems like I saw something about the ability to determine more information as more Scout skills were obtained, but haven't seen specifically how to do this...

Thx.

As you gain skill in hunting you will gain more information about a creature when you do an examine.

And if you don't know how to examine, it's on the radial menu next to attack, which will figure it all out for you real fast anyway.

I'm not one of those people who talk down about the game, but let's face it: things get laggy sometimes. I find it easier and more reliable to just type '/examine' than to wait on a radial menu that occasionally misinterprets my command as the above mentioned 'attack'. As another alternative, make a macro or alias.

I use Examine extensively when hunting. Between the HAM bars on the target display and the information fromExamine, you can find out everything you need to know. First and most useful is what types of hide the creature has. There's nothing worse than rocking along doing the harvest thing, then try to make traps and find you have8 stacks of hides, all with insufficient numbers.
