Has anyone else seen this happen to them???

I was quietly resting in my improved camp site and felt like sitting the the single chair next to the fire (not one of the chairs in the group of 3). For some reason I was unable to left click - hold and see "sit"

So after selecting the chair I tried typing /sit chair. This did work, since It stated that I wasn't close enough... I moved a bit closer and then tried again. it looked as I was going in to the sitting animation when...

POOFFF... the camp flickered, and then in a small blue twinkle appeared wher the camp fire WAS. My camp disappeared. Or did it. I immediately brought up the map only to find myself instead of where I was, some 2000km north of Theed to pretty much the dead center of Naboo!!!

My camp was gone (no camp xp), and I was stuck in the middle of no-where. I'd love to reproduce this again, not sure if anyone else has. Later on in the evening I tried this and there was no problem sitting in that "4th single" chair.

This is the dreaded 0,0 bug. I've never experienced it but have read about in may places on the forums. It seems to happen in improved camps only. from what I have read you want to watch out for the cot also.

It happens only on Tatooine, and yes, sitting in the "primary" chair in the improved camp is what does it. I've done it three times, one after the other, just to make sure. Avoid that chair and you...should...be alright.

Ah... well that's intersting!!!

I will avoid it... unless of course I'm looking to beat friends on a foot race to 0,0!!

I find it a cheap and easy way to go Bantha and other high level creature hunting. I just tell everyone to sit in my "Special" chair and poof!!! Free transport to 0 0.

can anyone get it to regularly work??? or is it is just a radom thing... if you don't want to bring it up here bounce me an email in game...

Works regularly on Tatooine, with an Improved Camp, as described above. Not necessarily every time, but every time I've tried it so far.

So THATS what happened to me today. Pfft. I sit down, the terrain starts wiggling and suddenly I'm half across Tatooine (from Mos Eisley) in the middle of a bunch of Feral Banthas! Does that chair have some kind of ejection mechanism?

It would make a cool video if it could be captured. Very surreal effect, actually. I thought it was really cool the first time it happened, even though it did strand me out there (well...scouts don't get stranded, do we?).

It happened to me on Talus 3 days ago. Same improved camp, tried to sit and teleported to the middle of no-where. It was funny for a second...until I "spawned" right in the middle of aggressive mercs! Than I died. I thought it was my computer but I guess it happened to somebody else. Happy teleporting!!!
