ok.... Im probably asking some tired old question thats already been answered already but ive looked everywhere! how in the world do i join a players association? i see people who r members, i ask them but still no luck???? Also they say u can now camp in no build areas just not city areas, thats boloney! i guess they just forgot near Dearicon Talus. I have to go nearly 3000 meters out just to camp!

To be in a PA, you need to either start one, or join one that exists. If you are talking to members and they won't tell you how to join, that's usually a hint that you aren't what they are looking for.

To start a PA, you need to purchase or build a PA hall. PA Hall prices are steep - anywhere from 250000 - 400000 credits, and the resources needed are immense. They are designed to require multiple players to work together to gather what's needed to build them.Daily maintenance costs are about 3000 a day.

As for the no build zones being down - those are coming down in the next update. That update is not live in the game yet. It will go up on Test Center next week, and after the kinks are worked out, it'll go live on the servers. So nothing has changed in regards to camping - for now.

Which skill level gives you the ability to build PA Halls?

I believe that it's Master Architect, but don't quote me on that. I purchased my PA Hall from Duct on Naboo, and he's a master, I believe.
