I've spent a lot of time hunting and harvesting paralopes on Talus, and suddenly
yesterday every paralope I harvest hide on became skinny and I got 1 hide.
Probably did about 10 of them)

Anyone else seeing problems with paralopes or other creatures?

I'm not sure on this one - I noticed it started happening after yesterday's reset - this was on the Bria Server. Hope it helps.

Whenever resources are shifting on a planet, everything will harvest at 1 hide/bone/meat till its done. Usually Ive seen this in the morning before the maint peroid and then when I go back after its done everything is back to normal.

That seems hosed to me, but at least reasonable.

It's not a nerf. Just a random occurance. If it continues to happen, /bug it. Getting harvest from animals is a function of your hunting skill, the animal type and size, and the relative health of the beasty.

I was willing to buy I was unlucky, but after about 10 of them, something seemed
wrong.

I'll check again today. My skills haven't gotten any worse, but the
harvest is much worse.

I have seen this from time to time as well. It is a sign of changing resources.

On the upside, you still get the same amount of scouting XP for that creature. Also, I usualy only find one of Hide/Bone/Meat that is affected at a time. So during that time, I just harvest something else.
