What sort of action increases your exploration XP?

I know hunting does hunting and trapping and so forth, but I'm stuck on Exploration.

Any and a lot of help would be welcome.

Both Hunting and Exploration require Scouting XP, which isyou can get intwo ways:

Harvesting Resources from slain creatures

Successfully using /maskscent

The XP is drawn from the same pool, if that helps.
