This is a simple straight forward question. What profession use the bone, hide, meat that scouts harvest off of corpses?

any profession that may need these items in order to create another itme. Like the scouts use the bones and hides to create one of the beginning nets. So, ask around and I'm sure there's another profession out there that may need these items to create something.

Artisans use the bone and hide in basic armor (bone gloves, boots etcetera) don't know about more advanced pieces, chefs use the meat, and of course scouts use it for camps and traps.

Thank you. I was just wondering what profession to go into that would use the resources I could already harvest.

Artisans use bone and hide. Armorsmiths use bone and hide. Medics use meat. Smugglers use meat. Chefs use meat. Scouts use bone and hide. Rangers use bone and hide. Architects use hide. Combat medics use meat. Doctors use meat. Tailors use bone and hide.

So you've got a pretty wide ranging assortment of secondary professions for all those gnort skins you've got.

i all so spoted the higher your hunting skill the better your bone and hides are... and sum times meat..

I'm not 100% sure of this, but I don't believe that the hunting skill increases the quality of the hide/bone/meat - that depends on the creature and its health.

But the hunting skill DOES let you increase dramatically the amount of hide and bone you can harvest. Asa low level scout, I was pulling 3 hides off a healthy gnort. With Field Bioscience III (Ranger), I can pull over 7. Rancors and Fambaas give me over 125 hides/bones per harvest.

Chefs use bone also! Something a lot of people don't know.....

That's a good thing to know. I need to find me a master chef. Need someone to whip up a mess of wedding cake for me.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that some professions need specific hides... I know that in the upper levels, tailors need WOOLEY HIDE. So those would probably sell better. Also, chefs need HERBIVORE MEAT at the upper levels.
And if you happen to pick up artisan and you harvest Flora, harvest some VEGETABLES and WHEAT have a Chef or a Domestic make you some Teltier Noodles - they really boost your stats well! (I think this recipie also needs HIDES)
WHEAT is a biggie if you can sample while in camp - chefs need 10 of it to make 1 dough which is a componant of several chef foods.

As a scout/tailor, I can tell you that it would be good to make friends with a chef or a tailor (or an aspirant of either) and give them free resources in exchange for free food or clothing. (Unless you want to go my route and have it all! LOL)

That's good information to pass along.

Currently, I'm an exclusive supplier to two architects on Naboo for hides and bone. The soon-to-be-wife is also working on mastering tailor, as she's tired of having to buy (or having ME buy) her clothing...she's a bit of a clothes horse. Thus, I've got a stable list of buyers for my goods.

I'll need to look up some Chefs - give them some of my meat in exchange for wedding cake!

Medics can also use Hide/Meat for making medical supplies.
