Hey I am just wondering what gives wooly hide on dathomir? I am collecting samples of hide for a friend of mine, and I have looked everywhere and cant find anything with wooly hide on dathomir. Thanks.

So far as I know, nothing on Dath drops wooly hide.

Even tho this is the necro post from hell ---

Nothing drops wool on Dath.

What your friend has is a loot drop, not unlike the Lok insect someone else got. There are no insects on Lok. Sometimes an NPC will drop a resource as loot. Mokk have been dropping hide lately as a matter of fact.

Congrats on getting a rare resource. Put it on display.

Ok.. here's the weird thing... I use to think there was no such thing as Dath Wooly either. But, my buddy just dropped some Wooly in my house and sure enough, there's 4 units of Dath Wooly. What the heck drops that stuff??? We joke around in guild chat about the Wooly Rancor, but now I'm really beginning to wonder. LOL
