Now I know alot of people have posted ways to get trapping experience before and its obviously the easiest part of the Scout branch but here I have found a way to get it with almost no risk and in very little time. First is the tough part, the prepping, which although great for getting trapping exp will also aid you in getting scouting exp later. Start by getting missions to make some cash dont worry about trapping now just do as many trips as you can 2 at a time because you need to buy an adv probot(youll see why). They usually go from 17-30k and it is well worth it even if your going towards creature handling because heck ya wanna get there quick right? So now youve got your probot but what about the trapping exp. Find a mob thats not too strong but that is red to you. The best example Ive found is a desert eopie or anything around this strength. I used the eopie to get my exp because they give 150 trapping exp per succesful trap. Before engaging make sure you have plenty of traps on you, I always used wire mesh because they were cheap to make. Have your probot attack the eopie which will now stay on him and now break out your traps. Just hurl them continuously at the creature and watch as those 150s add up. The probot will never lose this fight and you should get off atleast 20 traps in the battle. Thats up to 3000 trapping exp in ONE BATTLE. Just rinse and repeat and you should be trap IV in no time. Oh and as for the scouting exp? Just let your probot lose across the town and harvest as he kills. Youll be a Master Scout in no time flat.
