Sorry for asking another noob question, but I was wondering. Does Delivery missions always pay the same (about 700 per mission on distance) or does that increase depending on your skill, just like the Destroy missions?

I've never seen them increase personally...

I haven't seen them go up. Except for some terminals in some cities pay more. Naboo for example. Moenia to Kaarada and back pays nicely because they are so far apart. I'm pretty sure it generly done on the formula distance = credits. Although if you keep hitting refresh enough you'll see some that pay a little more for the same distance. (OK as long as the terminal isn't lagging. If it is don't bother. Takes too much time for just $200 more.)

But unless you're desprate for a new blaster so you can stop getting killed. Don't do them. Or if your going to hop a shuttle anyway might as well get paid for it. Most of the time I would do Destroy missions if I were you. You need to be outside of town to make your XP and might as well get paid for it. Yo'll move up the skill tree much faster this way. (If you're new I would do deliveries just long enough toafford a D-18 pistol and then go hunting) That's my $0.02 anyway.

From my experiences, neutral missions pay about 5-10% more than faction missions. The further the final destination, the more money it is worth.
