back in beta I could heal my damage and my wounds by just sitting in a camp with no assistance from a medic or entertainer. Now i heal nothing while i sit in my camp. Does anybody know if this is still possible and or how to do this?

It takes about 6 min to start to see any wound healing in a camp, at least that's been my experience.

do you know if there is a set amount you can heal in a camp. as in every 6 minutes you heal 10 wounds, another six minutes you heal another 10 wounds. or does it max?

also can you heal more when you advance in camping and do you know if it speeds up?

You heal at a rate of 10 wounds for every 5-6 minutes in a camp, with the first heal coming after 6 minutes. This was changed in late Beta from an early heal to prevent folks from repeatedly building camps to heal wounds faster. There is no limit to wounds healed by the camp, but I believe there is about a 30 minute timer on the camp itself before it disbands automatically.

Higher-level camps (Ranger camps) are supposed to heal wounds at a faster rate, but there is no practical difference in wound healing based upon camp level currently. Expect this to change in the future, and perhaps for camp wound healing itself to be nerfed to some extent - at least that was the talk in late Beta.

I had a camp for much longer than 30 minutes last night healing my wounds. The multi-person camp doesn't seem to heal wounds any faster than the basic camp.

The only differences between multiperson and basic camps are cosmetic, and the exp caps. If you want improved healing, you need an improved camp or ranger camps.
