Are there slash commands that set up camps?

Nope, no slash commands because you need a camp kit and there are different types and such. What you do is make a few camps during downtime (in a camp, in a cantina, whatever), and then drag one to your toolbar. Next time you need a camp, just hit the hotkey and it'll deploy.

Use the downtime in that camp to drag the next kit back up to the now-vacant toolbar slot.
