I've been master scout/ranger for so long now I can't remember.

Which box in hunting gives you the ability to scope out a creatures resource type.

In other words at what point when you hit "examine" you'll see "carnivore meat, bristly hide"

I'm guessing it has something to do with both your skill in Hunting and the CL. I'm only at Hunting II and see different stats for different mobs. Some mobs just give the harvest type while others will give a lot more info.
