I've gone in front of every type of crafting station and never get the option to get a schematic for the mesh trap you get at novice scout. How are other people making crates of traps???

There is a FAQ item about using factories in the Ranger FAQ floated at the top of the Ranger forum.
It might help you figure out what went wrong.

Blaze,
Make sure you're using a "Weapon/Droid Crafting tool" and not the "Generic" one that you were given when you created your character.
That's probably why you can't create the schematic. You need one of them while you are near the crafting station.

Thanks. This answers my questions as well. I was using the Generic Crafting Tool and thought that was the problem (as to why I couldn't create a schematic), but I only need a couple so I just made them by hand.
