Hey, gang.

A couple of friends and I are thinking of taking a wee fishing trip this weekend to Naboo (on Infinity). I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a nice, scenic, fairly safe fishing spot? Doesn't have to be 5-0 because we're going more for the RP element than coming home with a crateload of fish, although something other than speeder couplings and droid batteries would be nice. Those aren't so tasty round the camp fire.

Don't want anything too nasty, either. My 2 friends are pretty new and not really up to taking out anything bigger than kreetles. lol

So, if anyone has any ideas I'd be really grateful. Might go check out some of the POI as well.

Either post here or send me a /mail to Anyndel on Infinity. I'm not asking for your uber-secret fishing holes, just a nice tourist spot to take a weekend fishing trip.

well its not the greatest fishing spot but you could go an fish at the lake retreat it looks cool there atleast.and u can shuttle straight in

I come from an RP city, and this sounds like a really good idea to do.

Apparently - for scenic quality - the Golden Beaches near Tyrena are an excellent spot. Especially after sundown. I don't do a lot of fishing to actually fish, but it could definitely intice some interesting RP.

Naboo wise if you go to Lake Retreat and outside of the city limits. Its usually 4 density and 1 vegetation. There is even a little fishing hole on the shuttleport side of town. It looks like a litle runoff from the lake. Lake retreat has some really pretty fishing spots.

Thanks guys. I really should have thought for two seconds about this. The Lake Retreat seems like a no-brainer now it's been mentioned. lol I should have thought of that one.

I'll let you all know how the fishing goes tomorrow.

And, if we catch enough, speeder couplings all round.

Amidalas beach is a nice spot, 4-0 and i was fishing with a 14% pole i made myself and did fairly well catchign about 10 fish with 5 baits. if someone has the skill he can set up a camp on the beach.

Im thinking of contacing my mayor and hold a fishing contest since the city is right next to a bay

My guilds currently doing its second fishing contest. Our first one was back last august/september. And i have yet to see a bigger fish. 1.08m.

Well, we were a day late and one man down, but my mate and I finally made it to the Lakeside Retreat for some fishing. After getting jumped at the private beach by a load of spitting whatsits and having to clone at theed we finally settled down for a couple of hours of fishing. Came away with over 400 units of fish between us (240 for me and 176 to my mate). We had our pets out, I pitched a camp and we just had a good old RP fishing session.

It was really cool. Got my carcasses on my wall at home on Tatooine. Blowfish, Bluefish, Blackfish, Faa, Laa, Ray and Striped fish were all caught.

Out of interest does anyone know any fishing spots on Tatooine? Yeah, I know, but I have heard there are actually a couple of tiny puddles around.

There are a few oasis on tat that have fish in them.

Is there a good place on Dant to fish?
