Pretty much random, really. Heavy concentrations of Giant Carrion Spats can be found in the Agrilat Swamp and the area around the super-secret Rebel Base that has a POI waypoint that the Emperor and Vader can't seem to find on their datapads.

Can anyone tell me where Giant Carrion Spats are likely to spawn on Corellia.... anywhere in particular... or is it completly random across the planet?
