If i'm collecting milk what ere the qualities to look for? Flavour? Any idea how to price it?

All of 'em. Chefs rely on all the different attributes, so they all need to be pretty good.

Milk that is 700 across the board is more useful than a 900 OQ and nothing else over 400, for example.

as a BE i can tell you that the weighting for our resources are as follows: 50% OQ/ 30% PE/ 20% FL. The game says that it is 33%/33%/33% but this has been tested extensively and has shown these to be the correct numbers. So: 900/800/700 would be better than 800/800/800 even though they would average the same number.

As a chef, I can tell you that we really don't care about quality 99% of the time as the main components that we make with milk do not have stats that affect final products. That said, because our buyers are more often than not interested in seeing the highest stats rather than have long duration, increased uses or reduced filling, I would rate overall quality and flavor to be our most important stats, with flavor next, and decay resistance least important.

I will let you know that we chefs need large quantities. I do not accept stacks of milk less than 5,000 units as anything less is a waste of money unless I already have more of the milk in inventory.

I sold stack of Dath milk, only 500 units for 6K credits. It was relatively decent stats, like 700 OQ.
