I think getting the AP's is going to be tougher than Wilderness I-IV 
Really looking forward to reaching Master Scout and then heading on to Ranger, but the AP points are big hurdle. Oh well, I guess it's time to hangout at the star ports and spam "Free Training!"
Wish me luck gents, hopefully I can get through this and join the ranks of Master Scout!

Easy way:
Yell if anyone has extra Skill Pointsand is willing to learn ranged support 1 over and over for cash.

Offer to pay for training if you can afford it.
AP whore that I am - 300k in combat xp- I have been known to train ranged one over and over and over and over -til people are maxed. Depending on my mood, their faction and profession - 1000c per training down to free, just do it quick.

I think you're right,offering creds for training is probably the way to go. Thanks for the advice.

You might also want to try Mos Eisley. Being the new player town, lots of people need training. That way you are actually helping people out while getting the xp you need.

I havn't even gotten M.Scout yet and i have over 500 AP. and i have never spammed to train people. I mainly recived the points while playing my instrament on off hours, and a lot of times people will come ot theed, or mos eisley cantina and ask to be trained. If they do a /yell outside I usually send them a tell, and where I am.
