Yes. You'll need a large stack of hide and bone all of the same type. Then you need to use a large crafting station to make a schematic. Then just dump the schematic and the same hide and bone you used in the schematic into a factory and you'll get a g-mail telling you they are done.
I used to make a lot of camps in factories back before they lifted the camp restictions on speeders and pets.
... or you can look to see if anyone dumped crates of them on the bazzar.

just to add its the Items factory. not food and chem or structures. you will also require Maint on it and power. Also the Generic Crafter you got when you came in game will not make schematics, youll need a weapon droid crafter.
But just remeber that while in camp you makeing all this your self Ditch does give XP also. so its a trade off.
