I'm posting this as a public service announcement for my fellow medical professionals. Based on a search for your boards, I can't see this clearly identified.

Right now, most Scouts/Rangers that I see collect only hide and bone, due to the needs of the Artisan class. However, you have an untapped maket right now.

Doctors and High level medics have a huge demand for High Overall Quality Avian Meat and High OQ Herbivore Meat. We need the Avian meat for our Enhance/Buff packs and the Herbivore Meat for one of our critical and often used Advanced Subcomponents. As these aren't things your can use a harvester for, most Med/Docs just get it themselves in small quantities. This wouldn't have to be if the Scouts and Rangers would collect it in quantity. And I don't think it's for lack of interest, but mainly because your don't know we need it. I'd like to put that to rest.

Good quality meat isn't isolated on hard planets either. On my server, Corellian meat is the best I've ever seen, so there is a huge opportunity to get stockpiles of it. All we need is high (800+) quality and in large quantities.

Please, help create a market. I know I'd pay for it if it were available.

I've been tapping into this market for quite a while. I have no need for meat so I always sold it on the bazaar. Always had a hard time selling anything but herbivore meat so I go after that exclusively. I examine every critter and any that have herbi meat, I harvest the meat. Anything else and I get bone/hide. I struck up a deal with a BE that said he always needs tons of meat so now I just harvest meat and get the bone/hide as I need it for camps/traps.

The higher level Doc's need Avian meat for the buff packs. That's been what sells for me more than anything else.

Yeah, I'm going to start getting that but the only things on Tatooine I've seen with avian meat are dwarf nuna's lol and you only about 8 of them per harvest so it doesn't add up as fast.

Then you've got a perfect excuse to get your tush off Tatooine and see the world.

There are tons of nunas, Kaadu and Peko Pekos on Naboo that give Avian meat. Come visit.

I am just dying to start supplying meat to the Med Crafters out there. Trouble is on Eclipse the meat is absolutely awful. This includes Tat, Corellia, Talus, Endor, Rori. Matter of fact all the animal resources except Tat Scaley Hide positively stinks. We have Med's begging for meat but have none to give them.

Does anyone use insect meat?

I believe Combat Medics use insect meat, but I don't know exactly what qualities or quantities they're looking for.
