I had a problem last week and it's starting to get on my nerves.

I started my crafting station to make a tent, when it was finished it tried depositing it in my inventory but my inventory was full. Now it won't start my crafting station at all.
"The crafting tool has a prototype or manufacturing schematic in it's output hopper. You need to make room in your inventory or datapad and remove the item before you can use the tool again." Thats the message I get.
To makes things worse whenever I harvest something it tells me that "one or more containers had to be left behind" or something like that. It seems to think that containers are full when they're not, it only stores the same type of resources in small quantities.

I don't know how to fix this problem and I'm not sure how to get in contact with a CSR.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. Should I post this in a different forum or is there a way to get ahold of one in-game?

First, you need to clean out your inventory. If you do that, and you're still getting the "your inventory is full" spam, log out and log back in.

You need to clear the hopper on your general crafting tool. Go into your inventory and click on the tool so that the radial pops up. When you click on "start tool" you should get a little tab above it that says "retrieve protoype" or something to that effect. If you've got space in your inventory, it'll get deposited.

If you are out of space, grab a backpack and load it up. Then wear it. You'll get a ton of room.

If you're still having problems, seek out that CSR.
